Why do you think your post(s) was censored?

Nudity in painting.

Were you able to appeal and what was the response?

Yes, but I rarely get an answer to the appeal. I believe out of the couple dozen times I’ve been reported, two of the images of my paintings were restored.

What effect has your experience of censorship had on you?

Hesitant to post my work, low engagement due to shadow bans. As an artist, I began thinking about literally altering my work in hopes to keep it up and reach my audience

What’s one thing you want people to know about this topic?

Censorship harms all creators and is biased on Instagram.
