I took a mental health break and when I returned my content was failing, my content wasn’t getting the acknowledgement it used too.

Why do you think your post(s) was censored?

I think Instagram thought the account was inactive so they stopped pushing my content.

Were you able to appeal and what was the response?

n.a.

What effect has your experience of censorship had on you?

It’s affected me in multiple ways. My motivation to do drag is sometimes low as I feel like I’m doing it for nothing. It’s stopped me from communicating with more people and I feel like it could affect my future goal of becoming a full time drag queen.

Even if your posts aren’t doing as well as you wished they would, keep going this is your passion!
