What reason was given for your ban?

That I violated community guidelines by showing nudity (although usually I took care that hardly anything else then a buttock or lower boob could be seen).

Why do you think your post(s) was censored?

I believe that people are easily offended by nudity nowadays in spite of officially being so open towards everything.

Were you able to appeal and what was the response?

I did – and didn‘t get any response.

What effect has your experience of censorship had on you?

Missing visibility – in a job that relies on visibility.

I am a photographer who needs to display my work to promote it to potential other promoters and buyers. So this missing visibility is potentially a direct financial loss.

What’s one thing you want people to know about this topic?

People should be able to choose what they see and hear and should not be told what they are allowed to see and hear. Censorship is a dictatorship.
