I have never been given a reason despite reaching out to Instagram numerous times.

Why do you think your post(s) was censored?

Because it’s a digital art form that Instagram doesn’t like.

Were you able to appeal and what was the response?

I got a generic email response from Instagram and never anything more.

What effect has your experience of censorship had on you?

For a long time, I stopped creating artwork, I lost passion for it because every time I tried to share it with people no one was seeing it. I wanted to share my creativity with people.

What’s one thing you want people to know about this topic?

Censorship is restricting people’s voices, restricting their creativity, and restricting what makes them, who they are.
