“Violation of community guidelines”.

Why do you think your post(s) was censored?

Because I am fat and disabled with scars from surgeries.

Were you able to appeal and what was the response?

I appealed for two posts and both were denied saying that they reviewed my post and still deemed it inappropriate.

What effect has your experience of censorship had on you?

I’m angry and I feel like I should be ashamed of my body like it shouldn’t be seen publicly because of the way that it naturally is.

What’s one thing you want people to know about this topic?

Every single body deserves to be represented and appreciated despite scars, fat, tattoos, etc. Everyone deserves to feel seen.
